I got this cream that is helping big time with the itch and subside all the side affects. Must say this is great therapy for your skin after this hell of a mess try this stuff out; Itch-X Fast-Acting Anti-Itch Moisturizing Hydrocortisone Lotion

yeah this is a must and benadryl then you never feel itchy. That is the worst part about this feels like chicken pox but sometimes no signs..

Yeah I found using this stuff on infected areas during scabies and post scabies to help alot. It really subsides the itchiness on those spots you wanna dig your fingers in.

Yeah I found this stuff to work but unfortunatly the tube was so small and it smelled worse than vicks vapour rub. I suppose this would work well for spot treating in post scabies when you have minimal spots that itch. This would be useless to treat scabies though.

Aloe vera and cocoa butter after post scabies is great! It will slowly make your skin healthy again and slowly take markings off, I think the cocoa butter has some kind of skin dye in it that makes lines looks less visible. Its a great product anyways and smells nice

I find hypdorcoston cream works okay, actually I find cocoa butter with a little bit of tea tree oil works even better and smells more natural rather then the medicine smell, plus those tubes are tiny.
