So after dealing with post scabies months as I was misdiagnosed with scabies for years I built up really thick skin so the layers of skin I had to remove off before the mites materials would come to the top of my skin which would stop the itchiness associated with the scabies and post scabies. I started off using a simple looffah and soap and found it really irritated my skin more , so then I bought St ives scrub which was just great except it cost way to much and was just for the face.

So the last product I bought ultimately took layers off very quickly and I just had to pay shipping, it peels your skin off in a couple of days so your body is down to its initial layer making the itchiness go away fast. It saved me months of itching and trying to constantly bath to get my skin down to the initial layer. They also give you a free sample of it to test out which lasts 2months and should take care of everything. If you want to know more about it you can visit the Dermisil site here and get your free sample, it also contains oatmeal nutrients which scabies hate.

Great stuff, when I was in post scabies I had extra layers of skin around my shoulders and back that seemed help the scabies and post scaibes waste make me itch more. I have used the exfoliator it really did work and I also used biore pore cleaning which is high end but i used it around my neck nad shoulders.

Thanks! This stuff worked like a charm, it felt as if though I was peeling skin like a reptile and within 2 days my skin was down to its original layer. It was actually pretty gross seeing layers of skin come off like that, but I had a huge smile on my face at the same time. If you had scabies this is worth getting and they give you a free trial. Hold on and be strong you will eventually be the same person you were before.

Would just using a normal Loofa and soap work to get rid of scabies? I mtie have a scabies rash on my thighs, it is itching alot during the night.

I would use an exfoliator rather then a loofah, a loofah may help spread them all over and an exfoliator should help work the debris to the surface of your skin. I used the exfoliator instead and my skin repaired very quickly. The post scabies itself is just as bad as normal scabies that is why it is important to get this exfoliator to heal faster and just be done with it all.

Thanks this stuff really does work! I was just using that avveno apricot scrub for my post scabies and I was not really getting good results quickly. I also use epsom salts to scrub sometimes too

This stuff does work! Any good exfoliator in post scabies is essential to bringing your skin back to life. Be sure to never overdry your skin in post scabies as you want to give it the moisture it needs. You can also exfoliate with espom salts, they do a pretty great job of exfoliating when damp.
