In the last week or so I have been using baby oil for my post scabies rash, I usually just make sure its always moist with the oil, and in other parts I find that the baby oil works very well to rub into your skin and exfoliate any kind of debris left from the scabies mites out of my skin. This seems to help alot, the only downlfall is the fact I think using too much oil produces acne, but it sure is helping exfoliate my skin.
