How do I get a prescription for over the counter scabies treatment? Should I consult a doctor first? I am itching and have a rash so I think I have come down with scabies. Is there any home remedies for scabies?

You could get a permethrin cream over the counter, I would not suggest this though as it made my skin even more itchy and worse, try treating naturally first and if that does not work then use things like permethrin lotions or creams.
