I have went through 2 rounds of permethrin and still feel more itchy and I am still getting rashes which appear in the same spots of my body(apparently tell tale sign of scabies), so is this I am reinfested or is this post scabies conditions?

I am having the same problem trying to figure out what is scabies and what is post scabies, it is so confusing cause htey sound the same but post scabies is after you have treated. Am I doing this wrong or something or is there something im missing...
