I have treated my scabies twice and I am still itching like crazy. What are the signs of scabie reinfection and what should I do next

thanks

I would suggest you wait a couple weeks as post scabies can feel identical to scabies. You have to remember that your skin does not itch from live scabies mites but from the debris and the scabies themselves underneath the skin, we suggest you find a good skin exfoliator and start surfacing the debris out of the skin. You can find some specific exfoliators on this forum that work wonders and bring the skin down to its natural layer within a few days, this really helps as you can itch for years without exfoliating in post scabies.

Yeah post scabies does itch like scabies, but in post scabies the itching gradually fades day by day. I would worry about exfoliating your skin now and moisturizing it. Take good care of your skin in post scabies!
