If your not buying specialty soaps for post scabies such as tea tree oil soap or tar coal soap then I would suggest you stick with Ivory as it will cause less irritation and allergies during your post scabies as hte skin is very sensitive.

If your going to be using a store bought soap during scabies or post scabies I would suggest using ivory as it is really pure and will not cause any extra itch. I am not so sure about enzymes some people have reported that they are bad for Scabies and your skin health.

You can use Elimite Cream for treatment. I would suggest this cream strongly because it really works. After the shower you applied permethrin 5% cream and this tube was just over 30GMS. Try once!

I tried Eliminite, Kwelleda P and Nix and none of these work, sure they make me feel better for 3 days but then they just come out from hiding! At this point I would also try that banned treatment called Lindane because I am going nuts and can't even go to work because im so stressed out and itchy.

I think that Kwelleda P is a lotion and Nix is a cream. They both will penetrate the skin differently and a doctor may suggest one over the other for scabies treatment based on what he sees during your examination. I beleive both products contrain permethrin though which could be potential dangerous. I would also suggest bringing up the dangers of using these products so he can go over that with you as well.
