okay so i think I have it, but I am not sure if these symptoms are typical to having scabies

so basically I am starting to get really really itchy at night, like everywhere, and when I have scratched my skin would turn red and puff up white for a while, now if pressure is applied to anywhere on my skin it turns red, i also noticed that the area under my nose is red too
I have been sneezing a TON, but even when i go days without sneezing its very inflamed
I just did a steroid cycle for allergies that i got from my doctor, stopped me from sneezing so much, but my skin is very inflamed when touched... its bad
I also have some tiny pimples on my forearms and legs, and red lesions that seemingly come from nowhere and never fade.
today i noticed that a guy i sit next to during the day everyday for hours and hours got the same thing, redness under the nose he itches really bad his skin turns red and stays red like mine
does this sound like scabies? also I notice biting too sometimes, and I only started noticing it since i entertained the idea of scabies (psychological?)

Yes you definetely have scabies and should eitehr consult a doctor or go to the pharmacy and buy kwelleda p which contains permethrin cream, this cream you put on your whole body before bed and wear for 14 hours and it will kill the scabies. You will still itch for up to 2weeks after because it is called post scabies where your skin is allergic to the permethrin cream and the debris coming out of your skin.

If you notice very uncomrotable stinging type of itching primarily at night time likely you have scabies, you will itch during the day but the night time itching some be considerably worse from the scabies being active and their debris.

I never even noticed I had scabies until I started to develop patches of lessions about 4 weeks later I assume. The thing that prevented me from knowing I had scabies was the fact I was using allergy pills for my allergies. So if you have scabies or post scabies refrain from using products like Clariton until you know you have gotten rid of it, because the allergy medications will mask the itching and your case of scabies will get worse.

Sometimes you wont even get symtoms of scabies especially in my case as I was already on allergy medications for seasonal allergies, by time I discovered I had scabies I was already months into it. So be very careful certain things you take can mask the scabies which helps misdiagnose things and your stuck with a tougher case.
