If you really want to get rid of scabies once and for all and the natural way I would suggest you get some Naturasil Topical Cream and some sulfur soap. Narturasil carries them both and this is how I beat scabies, this is the only legit place on the internet that had the sulfur soap and they ship really fast and leave on your doorstep. I got two 120ml topical creams and then I purchased 8 bars of their sulfur soap and wham bam thank you mam my scabies were finally gone for good. I did not have any luck with other treatments as the creams would not even penetrate my skin, the Naturasil got rid of my scabies completely within 4 days. Thanks for the info on this forum guys it has been a lifesaver. You can get the Naturasil below they even give you a free bottle if you spend over 19$

Thanks! This stuff worked great, the bars are pretty good and even contain some kind exfoliator rite in the bars of soap. What worked for me was lathering it on my body after a bath and leaving it on my body overnight. Within days my scabies was gone, be sure to get the family pack and a few bars of the sulfur soap. Thank you so much for your information I seriously thought I would have scabies forever.

I used the sulfur creams and the soaps and it worked very well. I was basically just using the creams during the evening hours and showering twice a day using a loofah and the bars of sulfur soap and not only did the scabies dissapear but the lessions and all markings started to quickly go away as well. I am not sure but I used kwelleda p a couple times and that stuff just made me sick and it made my skin feel even worse, more nodular lessions would also pop up so it was disturbing my skin, it is probably not a good idea to be using those pesticides on your body when using sulfur is a natural scabies killer and good for the skin.

Just my observation!

Yes, sulfur is a 100% effective treatment for scabies and is even strong enough to kill off infestations of rat and bird mites which are worse than scabies. The key is using full body treatments overnight , followed by day time spot treating on lesions , scaley skin spots, spots that itch and then you can use the soaps in the shower. IT also doesnt hurt to get the bed covers to kill any that mite be living off of falling skin within you mattress. Follow these steps and clean surfaces and objects with a bleach spray and you will kill the scabies life cycle.

It worked for me after many failed treatments with the prescribed permethrin the doctor gave me, it seems that scabies are either becoming resistant or the creams do not penetrate the skin deep enough to ensure a full body kill. With scabies if you do not apply the permethrin to every inch they will survive the treatment. It is all about breaking the scabies life cycle and learning about it.

Thanks it is finally working! The permethrin creams did not work, they only irritated the mites and made them move to different places on my body, the sulfur treatments and soaps are killing these things off very quickly and the itching is gone and my skin is healing. Thanks for the info, this has been driving me literally nuts.

If you can't afford dermisil. Go onto Walgreen's website. They have a product called De La Cruz Sulfur Cream. I went to several Walgreens pharamacies and couldn't locate this item, despite their website stating that it was available at those select locations. You may have a better chance of purchasing it online for a significant fraction of the cost of Dermisil.

I tried products from Walmart for a month including De La Cruz and tea tree oil. It seems the sulfur within the De La Cruz was not strong enough and it is used for acne in african american or mexican men. Stick with the Dermisil!

Does this dermisil cream absorb into the skin fairly quickly and easy or is it thick and messy like other sulfur ointments? I've read alot of people complaining over sulfur ointments being really messy/

It absorbs well into the skin this is why it is more effective than other creams. You are going to want to do full body treatments during the night time over the course of 4-5 days. Spot treating on spots that itch during the day and use the sulfur soaps in the shower. That will be enough to kill the scabies mites life cycle.

Best of Luck

It also helps to use a loofah with the sulfur soaps. It helps to remove the dead layers of skin even more, just dont use it around lessions as it will just ruin your skin more.

Yes it just sucks that sulfur products stink so bad and ruin your clothing. running out of clothes using this stuff.(dermisil) also the information sheet says to wear it on your body for 24 hrs why does everyone on this forum suggest wearing only at night? Thanks!Think

4-6 nights with the cream on overnight. Make sure your whole family treats at the same time or you will continue to pass around the scabies. This is very important when dealing with scabies as they easily spread especially between family members within the same household.

My wife and I messed around with Dermasil for 2 weeks, finally gave up and went for the permethrin cream. One treatment of the cream from our doctor ended the nightmare. Copay 10 bucks vs. 160 bucks for the family pack.

I had the opposite experience, I used the permethrin for months and it did not work but just made me itchier, once I started using the dermisil the scabies went away within 3 days of full body applications at night. I think the scabies mite needs different treatments depending on the stages and how bad the infection is. Keep in mind no matter what treatment you go with you are going to want to use full body treatments and make sure it is on during the evening hours as this is when the scabies mites are most active. If you have thick skin you maybe want to go with the dermisil because it will penetrate your skin where permethrin creams are known to not penetrate the skin properly. Also keep in mind you can not use permethrin if you are pregnant or are a child as it can cause neurological problems.

Hope this helps

The Kwelleda p and Nix permethrin creams did not work for me either and it was not $10, it is roughly $44 dollars per application and you need about 3 for a full body treatment so the costs are roughly the same. Both are very effective in killing scabies but the dermisil is natural where the permethrin creams are pesticides which can be potentially dangerous.

That Naturasil scabies cream with sulfur works for us in a week after trying kewlla permedthrin and a host of other stuff. I would recommend the Naturasil to anyone. It's FDA listed products and kjust plain works! I also tried that dela cruz stuff. It seems like they use vasoline and sulfur. truly nasty. Stick with the Naturasil and you can't go wrong. Love the soaps too.
