Refer to this post, they have a natural scabies killer which is 100% effective and mites and scabies are gone within a few days. I would also suggest checking out Jamie's blog at http://Scabieshometreatment.com as she has helped many people on these forums to cure scabies ( even some of the more extreme cases I may point out). Whatever you do, do not apply permethrin that stuff is very dangerous and is not even permitted for children and I wouldn't even suggest adults even use it.

CHECK OUT THIS WEB SITE ON THE PROPERTIES OF USING TEA TREE OIL. It seems to be very effective in killing the scabies.. Also Neem Oil seems to be a good alternative treatment.
