The only thing you need for post scabies in my opinion is some Naturasil Sulfur Soap and Cocoa butter vaseline. The vaseline will help moisturize and bring your skin back to life, while the Sulfur bars of soap will keep you from being reinfested, heal wounds, flatten out lessions, remove scarring marks and sulfur is just good for your skin. If you are not using sulfur soap in post scabies your just asking to get scabies again. How do you really know you are in the dormant post scabies... When you don't see a new red bump in how many days?????

Thanks! I have been buying this soap for awhile now and it works at eradicating the mites and the sulphur bars of soap have been drastically improving my skin where the scabies were, the lessions are almost gone after a week and my skin is coming back to normal fast. The itching is still there but I know this is just post scabies and every day it is going away. It seems like I am on my way to beating this.
