I know typically you never get Scabies on your head or face. But is it possible or are we looking at other types of mites? My mother who is 60 years old complains of them being on her scalp and assures me shes not hallucinating. I have seen lots of documentation stating that it isnt likely they will live on your face or scalp with no real reason given. I know they like folds and certain areas more then the others. But is it possible they would live on the scalp ?

Yeah when I had scabies it seems as if those i had one on my scalp and ears even, I did indeed use sulfur soap on a regular basis, it helped out as they really hate sulfur, and they have a harder time living on your face and scalp because generally its out in the open and they like to live in the folds of skin.
