You need a handheld microscope from Radio Shack. They're about 13 and you can see everything on your skin. I thought I was infested, but then I realized that they weren't all scabies.

Yeah I tried doing the scabies ink test but could not tell if the ink was above or under the skin. I bought a pocket microscope online for about 15$. Here is the website I got it from and they also have some scabies creams and soaps.

I had scabies mites but some people just start treating without knowing what kind of mite they are dealing with.
