Recently I have been itching more during the daytime but im pretty sure i am in post scabies now, but before my itching would be intense during the evening and moderate during the day. It really plays a toll on how you perform in your everyday tasks. But just stick in there things will get better each day.

Yeah the itching of scabies has to be the worst thing in the world, it is so irritating it makes you mad all the time, I friggen hated that feeling, try using lots of epsom salt baths at night time followed by a thin layer of cocoa butter over the skin!

Try using Benadryl or Clariton , this stuff is meant to melow itching associated with allergies and that is what you have, your skin is allergic to the scabies mites debris and the chemicals likely.

The key is exfoliating your skin using exfoliating products and then you can take lots of baths to open up the pores and help release the debris or dead mites. There are some free trial coupons for exfoliator products throughout this forum. When I was in post scabies I was going absolutely nuts thinking I still had them, after using the exfoliator cream for 2 days I stripped like 8 layers of skin and was immediately itch free. It is the blue banner on the forum called dermisis, if you click the banner you get a free trial.

Yeah scabies has got to be one of the most irritating illness ever, it is no wonder you really dont hear much about it until you get it yourself then it becomes no secret why people dont speak about it and stuff, scabies can truly turn your life upside down fast. If you have scabies be sure to treat you and everyone in your household immediately! Do not wait!

Unfortunately active scabies and even post scabies can be unbearable at times. The active itching that happens at night is a good sign of active scabies where just regular itching during the day may be post scabies where your skin is still allergic to the debris under it. Use sulfur soaps for post scabies and sulfur creams for scabies treatment. Here are sites you can get some real scabies treatments that work:

Scabies Sulfur soaps

Scabies Family pack scabies treatment

That should be all you need for both killing scabies and post scabies. The family pack even comes with Benzarid mitacide which will kill scabies on your furniture and any other household items so you can avoid re-infection from items in your home!

Good luck!

You can also try using clariton or reactine pills to get rid of the itching it works for skin allergies and is good for scabies especially if its keeping you up at night. I used Reactine when I contracted scabies and it did a good job.

I also found that putting noxxemma on areas that itches helps alieviate the itching. try it out if you have any around I was putting a light layer on areas with scabies and it felt nice and stopped the itching.

All you need is sulfur creams, soaps and epsom salts and post scabies will be a breeze and you won't have any itching.
