ike many, I've wrestled with scabies; the disappointment, the depair and the shame. For months I tried everything I would think of and had been suggested on forums. Some ideas really sucked and I couldn't comply. Other ideas even obtained circumstances worse.
Ok, after much trial and error, I hit on somewhat that has been very encouraging. It's a recipe I came up with to be effective, allow me to comply, and is not offensive to me or others near me...plus, treatment invisibility is easy.
Here's what I did:
I acquired sulfer, Lubriderm Advanced Therapy, rubbing alcohol.
Empty the Lubriderm by about 35% and store to reintroduce into formula later.
Grind sulfer amongst coffee grinder designed for making espresso. This grinder makes a very fine powder of the sulfer. Be sure to grind very well as there may remain some relatively large pieces. Gring and regrind until it is like baby powder.
Now introduce the sulfer powder into the Lubriderm bottle making a paper funnel from slick magazine paper. The plethora of sulfer should equal 25-30% of Lubriderm bottle capacity.
Next, top off the bottle with rubbing alcohol.
Shake contents well. The mixture should have a faintly watery consistency (I at last found this good for skin distribution and absorption.)
I applied the mixture every night after a shower when I was dry. EVERYWHERE!
I discovered during previous attempts to treat scabies this they will take refuge on my scalp converse to what many preach. I realized this when I developed 2 lesions well above my hairline. As portion of my attention at night, I smooth into my hair ensuring to reach my scalp, ears, and an inch low my forehead. The only untreated part of my body was my face from simply under my lower lip to 1 inch below my hairline.
I placed a towel within the duration of my pillow, put on unimportant jogging pants, t-shirt and socks. My bedding was simply a quilt folded in half and never washed.(I wanted attention residue to build up in the quilt and towel on pillow. I had had enough of the daily laundering of everything. When I kept everything the same I experienced some I was creating an locations uninhabitable to scabies.(Scabies need the warmth, food and moisture of a host to survive...2 days off the host and they're toast).
Currently I have no signs off scabies and keep the treatment as I experience no ill effects from doing so. I'm anticipated to be absolutely certain properties are eradicated. Plus, my skin looks and feels new and young. Sulfer is an important component in proteins.
Using the Lubriderm was concluded because it has a caustic ingredient for ex foliating the skin and I felt this would improve sulfer penetration into the depths where scabies live. Also, lotion completely masked the sulfer smell. Rubbing alcohol is used to thin the mixture, but supplementary importantly, provide extra killing to surface scabies. The alcohol also causes the mixture to take on a best lay and adherence providing the skin.
I believe this is anything and I only look for to relay "My" experience and do not endorse or encourage anyone to try this. Good luck with the scabies ya'll!
