I've read about cleaning all surfaces, bedding, clothes, and also how to use the treatment. But what order should I do everything? Like do i put the mattress cover and clean sheets on my bed before or after I use the treatment? Cause when you put the plastic cover on the bed isn't it possible for mites to get on the plastic? Is vacuuming the carpets enough?

Sorry if this sounds silly but I'm a little confused..so I want to plan everything out beforehand so that I won't make any mistakes!! I've had this for 4 months thinking it was excema as 1 doctor and a dermatologist both told me and i really want to get rid of it for good!

I was also wondering, how long do I need to keep washing/drying my bedding every day? I'm a college student living off campus and me and my roommate can't afford to jack up the electricity bill. We also run out of hot water pretty fast.
