Hello I wanted to stop by and wish everyone luck getting rid of this horrible thing. Further I wanted to state that I am pretty sure i am now in post scabies. So currently I am using lots of moisturzers and cleaning my body from parasites from the inside out using detox supplements. I am also still taking epsom salt baths everynight prior to going to bed, this truly helps alot. I cured my scabies using sulfur after i tried many times with permethrin but it simply would not penetrate deep enough to get in my sking. I see one problem with the permethrin creams and that is the 100ml is not enough if your 200+ pounds, it is simple not enough to cover your whole body properly and this is one of the many reasons permethrin does not work. Anywho I wish you all the best of luck.

This is very true, if you have thick skin you will have a harder time treating them. I suggest taking a real long hot bath prior to applying the treatment so it opens up your pores deeper so that the medication can penetrate the skin. Be sure to dry completely off before application.

Apparantly if you have had it for awhile or have thick skin then you should soak in a very hot bath for an hour before treatment to help the cream penetrate your skin. Be sure to towel off well before treatment so your applying it on a dry skin. If you have diagnosed your case of scabies rite away then you shojuldnt need to do this as it may cause further problems with the skin. This is only intended for people who have been misdiagnosed or have extremly thick skin.
