Has anyone got their scabies primarily on their groin area? I am assuming since my scabies is more concentrated on this area that I probably got them from my mate? It seems I have detected them within a couple weeks of getting them as that was my last sexual intercourse. I was wondering if this is normally the case of getting scabies from sexual contact rather than just pickign it up from normal contact?

When I had scabies they were developing on areas such as my elbows, wrists, calfs and hands. I never got any lessions or itching anywhere near my groin area though I am sure I did pick up the scabies from contact with something or someone. I think it is safe to say if your intensley itching during the evening hours it is likely you have scabies!

Mine are more between the webbing of my fingers and on my wrist area for some reason. Scabies do like to stay in places that they can hide more or areas that are warmer such as waistlines and other places from what I have read.

Scabies on the groin or areas where the skin is always rubbing or in contact with your clothing is very common. The waist area and groin are usually areas scabies can easily dwell.

When I had scabies they were on my hands, wrist, elbow and butox. They seemed to like these areas and especially on my skin folds and webbing of my fingers the scabies would burrow. Probably places the scabies can hide well or something.
