Start by buying the sulfur creams and apply them during the evening and overnight hours, in the morning shower using the sulfur soaps and during the daytime you can spot treat the scabies on areas that feel itchy or areas that the skin is built up or thicker and areas with lesions. This will completely kill the scabies on your body over the course of 3-4 days as it will break the scabies mites cycle which will ensure a complete kill. I would also suggest using very thin layers of moisturizers such as cocoa butter during the daytime (but keep off areas with lesions or bumps as it can make them worse).
