Hey guys I have been using the permethrin cream called kwelleda p for 4 weeks every 7 days and I still can not shake these damn scabies. I am now going to start using sulfur treatments as there is no use continueing to buy permethrin when it does not work. I mean it would feel like it would work for 3 days and then the itch would return once again. Can someone give me some advice for when I get my sulfur creams and soaps so I can start a regiment to get rid of this? I would appreciate the advice?

Thanks

Start by buying the sulfur creams and apply them during the evening and overnight hours, in the morning shower using the sulfur soaps and during the daytime you can spot treat the scabies on areas that feel itchy or areas that the skin is built up or thicker and areas with lesions. This will completely kill the scabies on your body over the course of 3-4 days as it will break the scabies mites cycle which will ensure a complete kill. I would also suggest using very thin layers of moisturizers such as cocoa butter during the daytime (but keep off areas with lesions or bumps as it can make them worse). This is a good regiment to break the scabies cycle, worked for me and if you follow it correctly it will work for you too. Here is the website to get the scabies creams and soaps:

Scabies Sulfur Creams, Soaps and Microscopes

They have scabies microscopes for 15$ so you can detect areas that are infested and then you can pay more particular attention to these areas.

This will help!

If permethrin does not work you need to either get sulfur creams and soaps or go see a skin specialist and get a prescription for Invermectin which you take orally. I would go with the sulfur treatments though as they are cheaper and more effective in killing scabies.
