I had the same problem , it was if though I kept getting reinfected under my nails or in the corner of the nails. My solution was to get clearasil skin tone which is available at any store and I would apply it around my nails and corners every night prior to be. Ofcoure it helps to make sure you clip your nails very well then apply it. Within a couple nights you stop getting reinfected on your hands. If you see blister like things on your fingers thats just your skin really dry from post scabies.

Yeah using sulfur around those areas should kill them and even prevent them from coming back there, sulfur is very drying and will dry scabies from out of the skin.

You could also try maybe some dilluted tea tree oil around your fingernails and fingers, this mite make them not wanna burrow there as the stuff smells terrible and is pretty strong. It is worth a shot if this is where you keep getting reinfected, or start wearing gloves.

I just applied sulfur cream on my hands prior to going to sleep. This helped keep them off my hands and kill them if they were there. It also helps to clean with a bleach product to make sure your not getting reinfected with scabies from things your touching within your household. It is likely something you are touching still has scabies mites and your picking them up again. Another thing to keep in mind is the fact that you have to treat your whole family at once or you will continue to pass it back and forth.

This is where I beleive my scabies had started was in the webbing of my fingers and under the corners of my nails! Since I work with my hands they tend to not be trim so the scabies could hide more in these areas, I now keep my nails really trim and at the point of treatment I had to soak my hands to soften the tips of my fingers so I could cut the nail realy close to the skin! I would pay particular attention to these types of areas which the mites love to live because they can protect themselves and lay eggs.
