a few weeks ago I went to the doctor because I was having itchy skin. The doctor said that I didn't have scabies but prescribed the 5% perethium cream to apply to some red bumps on my body. Just to be careful I applied it to my entire body from the neck down. Since the application about 2 weeks ago I have been itch free and seem to really not have scabies. Today I woke up and there was a red thin scratch line about 6inches long on my bicep and another smaller one in my by my collarbone. They red lines do not itch but what are they? can someone help me?

Sounds like you have become reinfested again, maybe the first treatment did not kill all the scabies and their eggs. Does your skin feel kinda thicker? If so the permethrin may not be penetrating your skin entirely. You should get some sulfur soap and lotion from the banners on this site. Sulfur is 100% effective in killing all scabies. By the way, if your doctor said you didn't have scabies but prescribed you permethrin he realy sucks as a doctor, because permethrin can be a very dangerous chemical to some people. Treat with sulfur and get cured!

KILL THEM NOW I have been bitten by these bastards for 2 months now and have the bumps under my skin on my arms, legs and stomach. I tried the bug bombs and sprays from Home depot. worked for 3 days and they were back biting. I went to the healthfood store, got the neem oils from India and tea oils from Australia, helped but they did not go away. I was going crazy. I got on the internet and saw a home remedy cheep. Go to your grocery store get Borax laundry detergent $4 and hydrogen peroxide $2. In the morning sprinkle the borax on your bed and carpets and hell, all over. when you get home. Get a 6oz. 8oz. spray bottle 4 tea spoons of borax and 2oz. of peroxide. shake like crazy you have to desolve the borax. spray all over your body and wipe it in and go to bed. I did this just last night and NO BITES thank GOD the 1st night sleep no crawling and bites. Im doing this for 2 months every night so they starve and the eggs die. Im not going to be a bug buffet every night anymore. Lets all KILL those little bastards !! It works – your welcome, Larry

I partially agree here. Borax is good to use around your carpets to prevent them from living in the carpet and even help kill die quicker. Tea tree oil will only mask the scabies itching and make you think you cured scabies but in all reality its just temporarily covering up the itchiness. You guys just need to get some sulfur and you won't have to go through all this, sulfur is 100% effective in killing all mites including scabies, rat mites and bird mites. You need to be applying sulfur to your body for 24 hours over a 3 day period and then you need to continue to use the sulfur bars of soap which will help your skin heal real quickly and kill off any mites that may have survived and keep mites away.
Hope this Helps

I've been dealing with the monsters going on 3 months now.I'm to the point of burning my house down;shooting my dogs and hanging myself. Not really But it's getting there.I've done the 24 hour thing "horsecrap"doesn't work.I've done the Permethrim5%;thought they were gone.BAM 2 weeks to the day,Honeywe're back!Did the craem again, worked for awhile. Each time I covered the house, yard and cars in sulfur, melathon and Lysol'concentrate'.My poor neighbors think I have gone CRAZY,they say they can smell the cemicals from their house"they live 1/4mile down the road. The third time I did the cream for 24 hrs.sulfur for three days, then I even soaked in the tub in Lysol&melathon.Damn near scorched my skin off.But didn't seem to faze the bugs. While I'm doing all this to self my 2 poor small dogs;first time they went to the vet;costing $287.00per dog.Didn't work.To make along story short. Please SOMEBODY tell me what to do.I REALLY CAN'T TAKE THIS NOMORE.You can text me at texpinkie@yahoo.com.I wouldn't normally give email address but, right now I don't care hoe crazy you are as long as you know a cure. Thanks

If you were misdiagnosed for a long time before you started treatment you may have to do another 3 day stint with the sulfur. The sulfur is 100% effective in killing scabies so don't give up with it. The problem with people who had scabies for awhile is the scabies creates this toxic layer of skin that helps protect them and their eggs. If you have a more servere case of scabies I would suggest using the sulfur treatment and getting some invermectin which is a pill you can take orrally.
This shouldd help alot!
