Do you guys know if scabies can be more active during the day when it is hot? It seems what I have is itching more during the day time on my wrists and hands. Would I notice any type of bumps or anything? Because rite now I just have dry cracked skin in my webbings of my fingers but no lessions. Do you think it is scabies?

Thanks

I also noticed the same thing it seems during cooler temperatures or winter time scabies are less active but if hot or it is summer time the scabies are more active and you can feel them itch more. I think showers that are too hot agrivate the scabies and they get worse, you should just be using normal showeirng temperatures and use a loofah on your skin or some type of exfoliator.

Yes weather conditions can play a role in how active scabies mites are and even other mites. When the weather is hot/rainy/snowy they will be more active because of the precipitation and moisture levels in your skin will change and scabies become more active.
