Hello to everyone. I am writing this question as I am looking for honest answers and not another scam. I have been dealing with these scabies mites for a long time now and cannot seem to get rid of them. I have tried permethrin multiple times and have had no success. I have tried sulfur soaps and a lotion that is 10% premixed and that didn't work. I tried making my own by using Humco sublimed sulfur and that didn't work. I found sulfur smelled really bad and ruined alot of my clothes and others complained. I am currently trying neem oil and although it does seem to be working a bit, its not 100% curing me or it least it hasn't yet. This gets very exhausting with all the cleaning and reapplying of lotions, not too mention all the money I have spent so far. I have been reading up here however and many posters claim to have been cured using Naturasil. Previously I have tried another product ALLSTOP that didn't work at all for me and I ended up spending money for nothing as it did not work. Im aware that this Naturasil also uses sulfur so I'm very hesistant to try it as stated due to my previous bad luck and experience with it. I am curious tho as there seems to be alot of people on here who are cured. Can someone tell me if the product does indeed work for sure and also if these Naturasil products smell as bad as regular sulfur treatments. Other ones I have tried are like rotten eggs. Please let me know any information you can about this product as I don't want to place an order if it will not work. Thank you very much and thanks for creating this place it is very informative!

It really depends where you get your sulfur soaps, and yes Dermisil does work I am proof of it. I turned to it after using Permethrin 3 times every 7 days and it did not kill the scabies life cycle, and I was diagnosed within weeks. You also have to make sure your using the creams correctly by applying them full body including your face and head overnight for about 4 days and spot treat during the day time on spots that are more itchy or have lessions or built up skin. It is very important to get the cream under your nails and make sure you cover ever inch of your body. This is even more important with permethrin, but with sulfur it is alot easier to get a full body scabies kill as it healing your skin and not just drying it rite out, don't get me wrong sulfur will dry your skin out but at the same time it has wonderful healing properties that actually heals lesions, markings and helps surface the scabies debris. You also have to figure out if your just dealing with a post scabies itch rather than an active scabies itch, the active itch will be more apparant during the evening hours as the scabies mites are more active and moving around. My suggestion would be to use the sulfur soaps and creams for a few weeks, they will either be gone completely within a week or you will start seeing a huge difference and be on the road to recovery. Scabies hate sulfur and this is why it has been used for centuries to treat scabies infestations.
Hope this Helps!
P.S - It is also good to take a 30minute bath once a day, preferably in the evening, this may help drown any mites near the surface and it will help you surface out the dead scabies mites and their debris which is causing the allergic reaction with your skin.

Thank you for your reply. As I have stated I have tried sulfur before and found the smell to be just awful. Does this Dermasil product smell as bad as reg sulfur do you know? Just curious as nobody wants to be that smelly person around although ultimately if this works I don't care how bad it smells Im just curious. Im pretty sure its still the active itch. i've also read about Borax and Hydrogen peroxide being a successful treatment and also Diamatacious Earth, although after reading some other things online I don't really wanna go down those roads either as they sound dangerous. Sulfur definitely seems to be the safest road.Thank you again and if you have any other info I would gladly read it. Thanks for the current info.

Could you post links? I am almost certain 98% of the people who use it never return. Sulfur is 100% effective in killing scabies mites, rat mites and even bird mites...

I have also tried that Allsop stuff too, it comes in Blue bottles and you can spray it on and use the salve, it never did nothing for me at all but dry my skin out. The dermisil creams and soaps however do work. Remember though you still need to be cleaning your househould to avoid reinfection by washing everything down with a bleach product. I would also highly suggest steam cleaning all your furniture and possibly getting rid of your mattress or atleast covering it with some kind of sealed plastic cover. I would also seal up any items around your house that you may touch on a daily basis, but if you have had scabies for a long time the only thing that will kill them is going to be sulfur as it will be able to penetrate your skin as it is likely very thick because scabies build this toxic layer of skin which protects them and their eggs and the longer you have it the thicker it is. You could also try soaking like 45minutes each night to help open up your skin, try using baking soda soaks.

One of the posters in this discussion said it didn't work for them along with other things. http://scabieshelpnow.co...yaf_postst37_Borax.aspx
The last poster in this one also says it didn't work http://scabieshelpnow.co...s-Relief-Naturally.aspx
Those are the only ones I can find. Either way I believe in sulfurs ability to cure this awful thing, I just wanted to be sure that this product could work as I have been ripped off already by other products that claimed to work and never did. Thank you very much for the information. I will look into sulfur once more and give it another go. I will post an update when I get it and pray I can get cured. Thank you for this great forum!

Yeah, you will find more success stories then people failing with it. I think the most failed treatments on this board are those using Lindane , Kwelleda P and Nix, all are permethrins, I am not sure if they are resistant to these types of treatments but what I do know is the way to beat scabies is using sulfur. There are many great threads on this forum, espcecially in the "To Do's" section with lots of info in regards to post scabies and things you can do besides using normal treatments to aid in the help of getting rid of scabies. I know it is tough and at times it may feel like it is not going away, but implement a good sulfur 4 -6 day war on them and things should get better day by day. Spot treat during the day on problem areas. Let me ask you this... Does your skin feel thick in spots like say your kneecaps, elbows, toes or hands? Does it feel like your skin has extra layers? If so it is likely the creams were not penetrating your skin properly, besides that I would say if you answered no then you are either A) getting reinfected with scabies or B) not applying it full body and the mites just go live on areas that are not covered until the creams are gone.

I had scabies for months and kept getting diagnosed with eczema until some nodules started popping on my balls and I finally started getting very small lesions between my fingers. The Permethrin cream worked at first and unfortunately gave me a new nodule on the head of my penis when the suckers died in there but fortunately they all disappeared in weeks. The little twinge itches, however reappeared three weeks later even though I reapplied the perm after 5 days. The clinic gave me an extra tube of perm so I reused it and then again 7 days later this time, but the itch came back almost immediately after the seven days although obviously not as bad as before because many of them got killed off. I have been getting some of those mosquito bite looking burrows so I am pretty sure they are still there so I opted to try the sulfur technique. I got the Pomada de Azure sulfur ointment along with the soap and a neem bar of soap as well. Here is the technique I have been using and I would appreciate some feedback if it seems effective. I have been taking a shower in the morning with the neem bar, lathering up every where and letting it sit on my skin until it is time to rinse off. After that I apply aloe vera gel from head to toe since I have heard that has some effect on scabies. I then shower again at night with the sulfur bar also letting it sit on my skin until the end of the shower, while also applying tea tree shampoo to my hair. Before bed I apply the sulfur ointment from head to toe and some mixed with the aloe to put in my hair. I rise off the ointment the next day after ten to twelve hours on my skin with the neem bar.I have repeated this for four days and took a bath with sublimed sulfer powder on the third day. Every other day I have been washing my sheets and clothing and spraying disinfectant into my shoes and around my room along with vacuuming. I am not completely convinced they are gone however, because new burrows have been showing up, possibly because they are scrambling to get out of my skin but I am not sure. At this point I am going to to hit up a sauna and or soaking pool on a daily basis while also spot applying the sulfur ointment to problem areas at night. The whole thing is damn depressing since I am a single guy and just want to get on with my life. I am hopefully this all sides technique will work but I could use some extra advice. Thanks y'all.

Keep using the sulfur products and try to get a steam cleaner to steam your rugs, carpeting and furniture. You could be getting reinfected from it. You should get some dermisil sulfur bars of soap they are fantastic to use the shower and help heal your skin.
Don't foreget to be cleaning everything with a bleach solution to kill any scabies that may be on items around your place.

I've just about decided to spend 100 bucks on Dermisil products just to make sure this shit is taken care of since it seems the De La Cruz ointment may not be adequate. I'm still getting those irritating twinges. Felt great hitting up the sauna and steam room but after I left the itch started flaring up. I guess I pissed those little bastards off.

Yeah you can certainly feel the buzz type itching, they seem to hate the Dermisil sulfur because after one night they were moving to different areas I could feel them at night, hopefully within 4-5 days these things are completely gone. I can not stand having scabies with so many daytime tasks and especially having my daughter to take care of.

So I ordered the 60ml Dermisil topical cream along with the liquid, the soaps and the benzarid. I have not received the product and am hoping it will show up tomorrow. The thing that has me worried is I realized how small 60ml is and don't think it will be enough for my whole body for multiple days. I may have a head start using the ointment which I ran out of so am now home mixing it with the sublimed sulfur but pretty sure they are still crawling around. I got a bunch of sun the other day after a night covered in the ointment followed by a shower with the sulfur soap and got kind of burned even though I used sunscreen that i think helped to absorb the residual sulfur into my skin. I was wondering if this might have an effect on the mites?
Also the house I live at has cats who I guess can't get scabies but I worry that I could get reinfected from stragglers on their fur that could also get carried on to my housemates who as of yet have not complained of any symptoms even after prodding and this is after apparently having scabies for months.
thanks

Umm... Cats can be a carrier of scabies, this means the scabies can live on cats for days or even a whole week but the scabies mite will look for a human host eventually as they prefer human skin. Going out in the sun after full body sulfur treatments is not very good because the sulfur is drying out your skin in order to kill the scabies mites and the sun likely made it worse, I would advice staying away from the sun during treatment. The dermisil creams do work and the soaps are great as they contain exfoliant's and real sulfur to help you exfoliate your skin to the natural layer, using a combination of the creams full body and the soap over the course of a week should be enough to kill the entire scabies life cycle. I would suggest not having contact with your cats during treatment, this is kinda hard knowing cats but try your best. You really have to monitor your condition day by day after a week and it may take some more spot treating. It also depends on how long you had scabies before being diagnosed or before you started treatment, the scabies mite builds up some kind of protective layer to protect the mites and their eggs, this is why they are more prevailant in webbing of your fingers or places the clothing is tight to the skin.

Okay, Excuse my language but HOLY SHIT! So my Dermisil package still has not arrived and through frustration I began searching for other things to help ensure I get rid of this once and for all and saw several postings around the web talking about salt water baths to kill scabies and saw a claim on this site that using tiger balm after the bath cured them. I had already been taking baths with a mixture of sea salt, epsom salt, baking soda, and and Dr. Bronners peppermint liquid soap. So I grabbed the Tiger Balm Liniment from the store and started applying it after the bath. I can tell you right now that it is up there with a root canal with the worst pain I have ever felt in my life, this is probably because my skin was already pretty dried out from excessive baths, sun, sulfur etc. Anyways I started with my neck and armpits and the pain was excruciating but when I got down to my junk It was nearly unbearable. I probably would have crapped my pants from the pain if I had had to go, I kid you not. I remember thinking "this might kill me it has to be killing these f**kers." Anyways this afternoon I decided to apply the liniment to some areas I may have missed but stayed away from my balls this time. So I went about some household tasks and began feeling those twinges on my stomach so I lifted up my shirt to reveal what looked like scratches but which I knew to actually be frantically burrowing mites! They are running for their lives! hell yes! I plan to use the dermisil when it gets here but damn, I know the tiger balm might get most of them before the fact. If you can stand the pain give it a try it does seem to effect them.

Be patient your Dermisil will come. Where exactly do you live? Yeah be careful what you try I remember having a bath in tea tree oil like 12 drops and it burned my skin, but you can put 6-8 drops in a bath and its fine, it will help heal infections or lessions. For scabies though use the dermisil and make sure you clean your environment really well, you can also spot treat during the day on spots that are itchy or lessions. The scratch marks are likely from you scratching yourself while you sleep without knowing it, or they could be the burrow track marks that the scabies were tunnelling in.

The track marks showed up about twenty minutes after applying the liniment. I know it was from the mites burrowing but I had not had any obvious burrows before this. It seems they are trying to get to an area away from the tiger balm. I'm not sure how quick it will kill them but the definitely don't like it.

So Carrie how is the treatment going? Is the Dermisil working? Scabies hate sulfur and yes you will feel them move off areas you put it on. My advice would be to apply it full body maybe you missed some spots and some eggs or mites survived, but if you put it on full body you will kill them all!
