Yesterday I went to wal-mart, target, and whole foods looking for sulfur soap but no luck! I'm soo broke from buying the treatment and cleaning supplies that I had to return clothes I hadn't worn yet for some extra cash. That's why I do not want to buy the soap from that online website. So what stores sell this soap???

Just buy it online, they ship it directly to your house and leave outside your door. I got mine in about 6 days after ordering. Here is the website: Buy Scabies Sulfur Soap
I suggest just getting the family pack then you can kill the scabies on your skin and within your environment so you don't keep on getting reinfested. Hope this helps Susan

Unfortunately sulfur soap is hard to find if you want the stuff that works. I think the cream and the soap is much less though as you mite be talking about the family pack which comes with other things such as dusts to protect your environment. Maybe you could visit a doctor and ask him to write a prescription for a pharmacist to mix a batch of sulfur, I am not sure they still do this but it could be worth a shot. If not you can just buy the sulfur creams and soaps individually and it should be less than 60$.
Good Luck

We happen to have sulfur in a tub that we use to treat bots on our horses. What I did when I found out that my daughter and I had contracted scabies, I just looked online and found that the percentage in cream is 5%. I made a body shampoo and soap out of Suave baby shampoo, and them made a ointment out of coconut oil and sulfur - sulfur at 5% of total volume.
Even after one day you could tell the difference.

I'm broke too. So far I have purchased lice killer spray, bed bug spray, lysol, lysol wipes, borax, plastic masks, plastic gloves, a new pillow and plastic casing for my pillow and mattress. I also paid to have used furniture that was given to me hauled off to the dump as I felt the furniture was a bug fest. I am now in debt and can't buy food next month. That being said, the Borax didn't work. I have washed my bedding in hot water 3 days in a row. The itch at night is worse than ever. I have put all clean clothes in plastic bags tied tight. Ihave bleached my entire kitchen and bathroom. I have sprayed my walls with lysol. I am vacuming every single day. I am exhausted and getting depressed.
I just talked to my doctor's nurse. She said I'm doing all the right things and that the prescription cream works. I am not sure as I have read otherwise. I cannot afford the online sulfur products either.
This is my plan: To stay away from the person who I think gave this to me, as friends kids were complained about at school due to poor hygiene and they hug me all the time. Plus, their house is a filthy mess. I have not been there to sit down in 2 weeks. I am going to take showers once or twice a day, I am going to wash my floor with clorox often, I am going to stop spraying chemicals as I have ashtma and that was a mistake, and I am stopping letting this control my every movement. I was told you can catch scabies or spread it from body to body contact. People around me think they can get it from sitting on a chair I sat on. If this is the case, then I could have gotten it from anywhere. I cannot spend another dime on another product or thing for this. Yesterday I bought hand sanitizer and wash my hands arms and face with it sometimes. It makes me feel better. I spray my bathroom with lysol entirely. I have trashed my kitchen and bathroom floor mats. I throw out trash and empty the vacume every day.
I recently learned to crochet in a class. I have many skeins of wool and two scarves I have been knitting that I was advised by a nurse I know to get rid of :( All my hard work is gone.
I have read that scabies does not discriminate. Clean people get them too. All I can say is those kids are not allowed near me or in my car again. I drove one of them to the library last month and she smelled so bad I had to open all windows when she got out. How sad that these kids are not taught to shower or change clothes, which is what the school told them to do.
Don't let scabies ruin your life. Fight back....vacume vacume vacume and wash your bedding and yourself often.
Try health food stores for sulfur soap. I can't find it either. I tried Walmart, walgreens and Bartells. I've asked pharamcy departments and they just don't have it. My next stop is the vitamin stores at the mall. I will get sulfur soap if I can find it locally.
Good luck!

There is a link for the sulfur soap directly above your post! As far as all the signs you are telling I had the same signs and the itching at night was terrible, the prescribed creams did not work for me even using 3 times in a row 7 days a part each treatment, this still did not break the cycle. I eventually got the sulfur soaps and creams and used them throughout a week by full body treatment overnight, followed by showering with the soap and finally spot treating on places with lessions or active itching during the day. After a week my skin was quickly healing and I was not itching any more and my scabies was gone. Day by day it will get better and even in the initial stages of post scabies your skin will still itch because of the stuff under your skin makes you allergic.

Thanks! Do you guys know if I should get some Borax to sprinkle before vaccumming each day to ensure the scabies are not living in my carpeting? Do you think steam cleaners would kill off any scabies on apholstery?
Thanks

My dermatologist recommended Sulfur Soap 10%...I use warm water and work into a rich lather and the instructions advise you for best results allow 60 seconds before rinsing. It leaves my face squeeky clean.v I 've been sulfur soap for 3 years now for acne and psoriasis. I hope this helps.

There are banners all over the site where to get it. But here is a link: Scabies sulfur soaps and scabies creamsThey have sulfur soaps specifically made for scabies and not just acne. Better business bureau recommended. I used these same products a month ago to get rid of our scabies infestation and it worked very well. Hope this helps!

Thank you very much I have read lots about sulfur soaps and why they work for scabies. The kwelleda p lotion was just not working and making me itchier not to mention it made me sick for a few days.
Thanks

The creams certainly kill scabies I used them last week and they worked where I tried kwelleda p 4 times 7 days apart and it did not kill the scabies as it was not penetrating the skin well or coming off likely as I slept.

You can also buy epsom salts from any pharmacy to help with post scabies along with the sulfur soaps. The bags usually come in 2kg or 4kg bags and you should use about one full cup in a warm bath preferably before bed time for 25-30 minutes. This will help with post scabies as it loosens the skin and pores and allows some of the dead scabies mites and their fecal matter come out of the skin. Remember that some of the itching in post scabies is mostly attributed to the allergic reactions the skin has to the dead mites and their debris still trapped within the skin!
Hope this helps

One thing I tried was a mix of tea tree oil and borax and soaked my body in it for about an hour...this helped a lot. Kept doing this for a week or two and eventually they were gone. It was extremely difficult to find sulfur soap, after a while, I gave up on that. I also saw that permenthrin cream 5% would work, but wasn't able to find that anywhere either (even though it was supposed to be over the counter).

No clue why you guys even bother putting stuff like tea tree oil when it does not work and is proven not to kill scabies. Here is a site that sells them online: Scabies Sulfur soaps and scabies productsQuit trying stuff that simply does not work! After two days of using sulfur you will have beat scabies!

Sulfur is the most effective scabies treatment and has been used for centuries, using the soap alone will not kill scabies as you have to use it in conjection with the creams as the creams need to be applied full body for 2-3 nights overnight for 14 hours. Depending on how advanced your scabies case is, in most cases after one night all scabies mites and eggs are completely killed but it is suggested you do a second and third application to ensure all eggs are dead and stop the scabies life cycle.

I used both the creams and soaps and they worked wonders! My scabies were gone after one night and some spot treating during the day!
Thank you so much!

We are also having a problem with scabbies thanks to my daughter brining an infected puppy home. I found a 10% sulfur cream at Walgreens called De La Cruz Sulfur 10% Acne Medication. I hope it works as it was only 4.99$ per container. I found it in the pharmacy section. At this point, and after spending a lot of money, what do I have to loose.
