During post scabies you must remember that you have to keep your skin moist so that it can heal itself which ultimately protects you from secondary skin infections. I would use cocoa butter but remember to not use it in excess, you do not want to smoother yourself in the stuff because you want to allow your skin to still breathe. I would suggest a very very thin layer in the morning and evening distributed evenly.

You can also take hot baths in epsom salts which will help speed up the skins healing process.

Post scabies must have stuff includes epsom/lavendar bath salts and sulfur soaps! This is all you really need unless you don't already have cocoa butter vaseline around the house get some of that stuff too it does wonders for the skin!
