hmm.... looks like a sulfur answer more than a question, but great advice, sulfur is good if you can put up with the mess and your clothing getting messed up. They will kill scabies if you have weeks of wearing it on day and night, otherwise its useless.

Make sure to wear the sulfur for like 7 days in a row , applying more each day as some will come off due to clothing etc. It is very important to make sure your entire body is covered with the sulfur mixture, and the mixture must be atleast 8%. Sulfur will kill scabies, it is kinda hard to wear on for 7 days but this will kill hte scabies effectively.

Isnt sulfur bad for your skin? Is it the stuff that matches are made from is that why it has such a horrible smell? What if you work a day job can you just use the sulfur to cure scabies during the night time?

Sulfur is actgually great for your skin but it is hard to use to treat scabies as you need a ton of it to cover your body for like 8days and its hard to get into the skin! I have tried permethrin and sulfur with no success, I have also tried that safetouse stuff which is like enzines and that never worked either. I am going to use natural products to treat my scabies next as this seems like the best alternative.

I find using sulfur for post scabies lessions and spot treating is great. There is no way im putting sulfur on my skin for 7 days 24 hours a day, it is very messy stuff and actually tints your skin, I tried it for a few days and found it impossible to keep in my skin, my clothing would always take it off.

This is a pretty interesting find on scabies treatments, it seems alot of treatments are failing nowadays as the scabies becomes more resistant, it could be that natural remedies work better...

Could be time for people to create different cures to be given out OTC

Can't you get percipitated sulfur from a paint store and than mix your own mixture or get a phsyician to make a mixture for you? From my understanding sulfur will kill scabies if you have weeks to keep it on your body day and night, it is very messy also.
