I am not imaging things , I keep on getting reinfested and these things like the top of my head and soles of feet, I am finding it nearly impossible to get rid of these things after multiple applications of permetrin, they seem to always come back in the same places! This is extremely annoying shit! I am going to be forced to take bleach baths soon daily, anything to rid this crap.

I have also experienced these things near my ears and on my neck, they seem to be able to adapt anywhere. If guessing I kept on getting infected from the scabies from my beddings as I always seemed to get reinfested on my hands and ears.

Yes your are likely being reinfected with scabies from your bedding. Try using the permethrin 1% used for lice in your hair. Just follow the directions as if you were treating lice but maybe do it twice 5-7 days apart, this will likely kill any scabies living on your scalp area.

Try getting some kind of plastic coverings for your matress and pillows, this will help you from getting reinfested with scabies. I know from previous experience just washing was not enough. I had to take a bunch of extra measures...

Typically in most scabies cases they will not live on your head, as they prefer folds of skin that is much tighter for them to hide. Keep in mind that scabies will go for the spots which maintain more heat, this is why they lurk around places like between your fingers or on your wasteline or on your feet. They are attracted to the heat and it makes a perfect living environment for scabies to live in. Pay more careful attention to these places while you treat, and remember to keep your nails really short.

It could likely be that your scabies are the resistant type which means you might have to use something natural to kill them, according to alot of reading I have done online they seem to be getting resistant to permethrin treatments, and oh yeah, tea tree oil is not a scabies killer. Anyways you here is an interesting short article I found on the New Era of Scabies New Era of Scabies http://www.goarticles.com/cgi-bin/showa.cgi?C=2280136
