Scabies is one of the common illnesses that used to affect a lot of people in the past, however with the improved hygiene rules; the total number of scabies patients is on a decrease. Although the disease is not common, there are still many cases of scabies.

On simple terms, Scabies is an infectious skin condition caused by a mite. The scientific term for the condition is called ‘Sarcoptes scabiei’. The mite is attracted to the human body since it cannot survive without a host and then burrows itself deep under the top layer of the skin. They also lay eggs on the skin and therefore it is important to recognise the carriers or transmitters of this disease.

As mentioned above, scabies are contagious and could be spread by coming in contact with an infected individual. It could also be spread by having sexual contacts with someone already suffering from it. If you happen to wear the same clothes as the infected patient, you would suffer from the condition as well. The mites can survive for three days without a host, before they actually die.

Scabies is also spread if an infected person touches the other parts of his body. Animals such as dogs and cats have scabies too; however those do not affect the human body because they are different. Therefore it is unlikely to get this condition from animals. The mites have a certain incubation period, after which the symptoms start appearing on the surface of the skin. It would be suggestive to minimise contact in public places or nursing homes, once diagnosed with scabies.

There are numerous different ways to kill scabies naturally instead of using dangerous chemicals such as permethrin. If your looking to kill your scabies with 3 items from your grocery store within 24 hours you should Visit http://ScabiesCure.info

Yup! you get scabies without even knowing it(weeks later) and then give it to people without even knowing it ( may find out weeks later, likely the people you infected are embarrassed so you mite not even know) , but yes scabies is very easily transmitted, it is good to seclude yourself until you are properly cured in order to start some epidemic. Scabies is really common though especially in North America and U.K
