It has been 8 months since I first started to battle scabies and they are still being battled, though the battle is always getting better and better, it is still very annoying and itchy. Alot of things on this forum have helped me to get where I am faster than I would of, some great information on here, I highly suggest you follow it. Soon I hope to be free of this

I have struggeled for almost a year now, and have been through 5 cures :( After each cure i feel better and can see the tunnels disappearing, but now I think i am getting a relapse again, it is driving me mad!

Yup, reinfection is a huge problem with scabies as they are very persistant and digg into your skin and build layers of toxic skin to help protect them and their eggs. They also can live in your environment for up to 5 days, for the most part people will get reinfected from stuff in their house or family members.

I think our problem is either environment clothes house etc OR they also get internal so treat from the inside out.
