Scabies is one of the serious skin conditions and can be caused by the presence of mites on the surface of the skin. These mites could be killed as a part of the treatment for scabies by using insecticides such as ‘Scabicides’. A number of of the medications available in the market include a part of Benzyl benzoate lotion, the Aqueous malathion lotion and the Permethrin cream. A combination of all of these ingredients is applied on the skin and allowed to stay on the surface of the skin for a few days (anywhere from 3-5 days).

These lotions would slowly penetrate deep into the skin and kill the underlying scabies. Even after the treatment, some patients might continue to see the rash or the itching. The reason behind these after-symptoms is that even after these mites are killed, their bodies continue to remain in the skin for a few days. Therefore in addition to the dead mites, there are eggs and other faecal materials present along with.

A cream known as the Gamma benzene hexachloride is no longer prescribed by the physicians due to the potential resistance and toxicity. Crotamiton and Sulphur were the most popular ingredients in the scabies medications; however they aren’t as strong in the present day. Any scabicide has to be applied on the whole body, the neck to the soles. When it comes to treating scabies in children, these lotions are to be applied on the face as well as the scalp. Do not overuse these medications, since they happen to cause further irritations.

There are numerous different ways to kill scabies naturally instead of using dangerous chemicals such as permethrin. If your looking to kill your scabies with 3 items from your grocery store within 24 hours you should visit --> http://ScabiesHomeTreatment.com

The strongest scabies treatment would be Lindane, but that has been banned from many countries and my guess is in the next few years permethrin will also be banned from being prescribed. You have to keep in mind that these products are made to fry the scabies bugs neurological system (fry their brains) and this is why they are dangerous chemicals. I know one thing, the scabies mites dont even die rite away from that stuff, it makes them sick or something or they slowly die, and the ones who are not dying are likely becoming stronger and resistant to the permethrin. My guess is later rather than sooner some phartaceutical company will release a different product for scabies.
