Make sure you wash all bedding , clothing, rugs , floors. Use bleach wherever possible and wash clothing twice using hot water both times and excessive drying.

Agreed I actually use a tea tree oil mixture for washing everything down as it is strong enough to kill anything surface wise and at the same time im not going to get sick from it. Bleach is very powerful also but is also very dangerous if too much is used

What about spraying everyday around the house with lysol? Does this stuff only kill germs or will it kill scabies living in my environment? It says it kills some parasites and all germs.

Dont overdo it with the bleach though, it can have bad effects on your skin and health, inhaling it is considered extremely bad. Use enough thought to kill any scabies on surfaces.

Yes bleach will kill any scabies that are left on any surfaces and flooring. It is good to lightly clean with bleach each day, you can help prevent scabies reinfestation.
