maybe you shoudl try a mixture of water and vinegar solution. I know that vinegar prevents lice from living in the scalp and maybe the areas of the face scalp and nose are areas scabies dont dwell in well. Its worth a shot, forsure you dont want to put permethrin on your face or anywhere internally its very dangerous and could lead to death.
