Is it possible that you can get scabies only on the wrist area, I have been itching for weeks on my wrists and they are now showing some small bumps in groups but its funny cause its only on my wrist area. Would scabies spread quicker and to more areas of the body or is this just some kind of allergy reaction I am experiencing

It sounds like you just got them, I think for a week or two the itching is not even noticeable until the mites debris builds up which causes the allergies. I think when I first noticed my scabies I was getting rashes on the same places on both sides of my body which is a tell tell sign. And the rashes are in groups or clusters.
