1. Permethrin lotion 5%.continues 2 nights, Massage whole body except face.
2. Antihistamines Madicine, for 7 days 0+0+1

Many people have problems using permethrin as it seems scabies are resistant to it. Though if you are going to treat with the dangerous Permethrin pesticide they do suggest you treat on day 1 and day 7 to kill the mites cycle. Personally I suggest you treat naturally to save your skin from post secondary skin infections. Look around on the forum for the Dermasil thread, that stuff works like a charm and is all natural.

Yeah alot of people seem to have scabies that are resistant to permethrin treatments, these treatments include Lindane (taken off the market in over 40 countries because its dangerous), nix (mostly sold in Usa Canada) and Kwelleda P (which I beleive is only mostly sold in Canada and some parts around Usa). These permethrin treatments seem to only work for a small percentage of people as it seems the scabies mites may becoming resistant strains that need sulphur treatments to beat. You should try treating with sulphur if the permetrhin is not working.
