Has anyone ever just got scabies on their knuckles? It seems my scabies is only around my knuckles on both hands, I think I just got it though or atleast I noticed the lessions cause they look like groupinds of pimples on the skin fold area of the knuckle.

Yeah they kind look like bubbly patches at first before they are like red pimplish, almost like clusters of blisters I noticed. This scabies thing has me really going crazy and its nice to see how others are dealing with it.

Best of Luck

I think the most common areas that scabies is first noticed on is either the hands, wrists or genital areas. But it is usually then passed onto other areas by scratching or touching.

You know, that sounds like what I had. However, I have eczema and had scabies. I had these little kind of watery-blister type clusters that slowly turned red like pimples like you described . And they were on my hands, mostly on the sides of my fingers but definately some on my knuckles. I then got little "scabs", they were like lines that looked like scabs, and that was my scabies . But the red clustering blisters is actually eczema, and I use Clobetasol for spot treatments but I'm on Methotrexate which is a pill becuase my eczema got so bad. See a dermatologist, I guarantee you have eczema which is completely controllable and scabies is 100% treatable.
