Scabies is a discomforting skin condition which is infectious in nature. The disease is caused due to the presence of parasitic mites beneath the upper epidermis of the skin. These mites complete a full life cycle of 21 days on the host and also reproduce. These organisms require a warm and moist environment in order to grow and are usually found on the lesser exposed parts of the body.

In order to treat the condition, it is imperative to eliminate these underlying mites. Therefore, most medications available in the market are intended to kill these mites but they do not alleviate the symptoms of the condition. I found exercising helped me tons, especially in post scabies it help my skin start pushing out all the debris while i sweated. It also makes you healthier and helps your body fight it from the inside out. Plus it kept my mind a little clearer as it was pretty foggy during the scabies. Blah... try it out though it helped me alot when I had scabies.
