If you have scabies in your hair or face you have a more advanced case of scabies and I also had this. You have to be very persistant as the scalp is very thick. I would suggest you get some sulphur soaps and one of those small green combs that come with the lice kits as they are perfect when used daily at getting rid of knits and scabies. You can get sulphur from this site on this post: http://scabieshelpnow.com/helpforum/yaf_postst440_Dermisil-Topical-Cream.aspx . This was the only sulphur soaps that actually killed scabies for me, I tried the palm da azur from walmart and it contained such little or no ammounts of sulphur it did not kill them. By the way they have the cream and even the sulphur bars of soap. And if you do not have mattress coverings this is why you still have scabies as they are living on skin within your matterress or bedding, so you can also get your protective bed coverings there.

I hope this helps you guys

You can also try eucerin as it is thick and mite suffocate the mites on you scalp, I would stick to using the Dermisil like you suggested above as it contains sulfur and will defeintely kill scabies anywhere on your body and is safe.
