I have been suffering with scabies for a few months now, and I've used the permethrin cream 2 times. I also owe the hospital 500$. I need to know what works, that is cheap as well as effective. Any combination of things I can find a local grocery store would be wonderful. I NEED to kill these freaking sCaBiIes. Please. I will appreciate any help greatly. Thankyouthankyouthankyou.

I am in the same boat. It seems the permethrin is ineffective against killing scabies. I have tried 3-4 times and it just makes me itch more and feel sick. I am going to try the sulfur treatments next I give up on kwelleda p permethrin and the nix, they do nothing but make me feel sick and then let down.
