How can I identify if it is scabies I have if they are not visible to the human eye? I have heard of scabies ink tests but have yet to hear how anyone has done them. Can you tell specifically from the lessions themselves ?

The only way you will be able to determine if it is scabies and not rat or birds mites is to buy a pocket microscope. They are very cheap like 12$ and you can buy them online, here is a site they sell them below and ship worldwide, they also sell scabies sulphur products.
