Well this could be the signs of scabies at a very early detection, they will look like little clusters of red pin prick dots and they will not itch immediately as it takes weeks for scabies to make the skin itch (typically the itching comes from the mites feaces and the dead mites themselves underneath the skin, you can not feel scabies mites move as they are too small)

Likely if you stayed at a friends house who had scabies there is a huge chance you have contracted the scabies as they are very easily passed on especially if you are staying within their residence. It does not take direct contact to get scabies, you can get them from their carpeting, clothing, towels, any surface areas etc.

I would start treatment immediately before they get any worse which will make them harder to treat.
