Okay.. So heres my story, I got misdiagnosed the first time i went to the docotrs. So i went back couple weeks later and got disgnosed with scabies, My first treament of permethrin 5% had cured all the scabies from my feet, fingers, arms and back. But i still had them on my thighs and genital area. I re did the treatment week later and the ones on my leg are now cured.. The ones on my genital area still itch and the bumps are not making any progress. I was wondering if the dermisil liquid, soap and topic cream would get rid of these things for sure. Please help me through this

Yes it will. That was the same problem I had, at first doctor appointment they misdiagnosed me with having exzemma on my hands from working with vegetables. Unfortunately I went another 2 months putting stuff on my hands for exzemma and the scabies ended up getting worse and harder to treat. I tried like 6 treatements of kwelleda p which contains 5% permethrin every 7 days and it did not work at all, well for 2 days after treatment I would feel healed but on the 3-4 days I would still feel that nasty itch and see new lessions. Once I started using the sulfur I was healed for good within a week. It seems in some cases the permethring can not penetrate the skin deep enough to kill the scabies, other people are saying that scabies have simply become resistant to permethrin as they got stronger over decades. At any rate you should buy a family pack of that sulfur creams and soaps and you will be able to forget about horific scabies infestation. I know it can be difficult as it is probably the worst thing that can happen to your skin and life.
Hang in there.

Remember that the bumps will continue for sometime after scabies is succesfully healed, this is because the lessions and bumps sometimes come from the dead scabies and their fecal matter under your skin, it causes your skin to become allergic. I think the best signs to pinpoint a scabies reinfection would be new burrow marks, clusters of lessions in groupings and the intense night itching as this is when they are most active. But in my experience sulfur will kill them and in most cases people continue to use the sulfur soaps to avoid reinfestation and help heal the skin as sulfur has the best skin healing properties.

I also found it was good to take a few baths a day using epsom salts or baking soda, about a cup of each in a bath for about 30minutes in the morning and before bed will make your life alot easier. I know the scabies feeling as I had it myself 6 months ago and it literally drove me nuts, hampered both my social life and sleep.
Hang in there

Im trying but like, ALL of my bumps are gone and dont itch everywhere on my body except for my down area.. Those bumps still got like a bite type, tingle feeling and are making no progress at all, and its been almost 3 weeks. Is the sulfur soap, cream and liquid more effective then permethrin in this area? and does it also help heal post scabies

Yes it sounds like you are either reinfected or still infected with scabies. Sulfur will penetrate your skin deeper and also helps bring the skin down to its initial layer, I would put it on all over for like 3 days in a row then continue using the bars of sulfur soap for a couple months afterwards to avoid reinfestation once again. Sulfur has been used to kill scabies for centuries and is still the most effective mite killer. Also keep in mind that permethrin chemical is pretty dangerous on your body and can even make you feel like your itching when your not, my experience with it was not a good one as it did not work and it made me feel nautious and sick for a week. Plus my doctor suggested since I was pregnant I shouldnt use it anyways. Stick with the sulfur treatments and soaps daily! You can get them on this forum on the banner or: Scabies Sulfur Creams and SoapsAlso keep in mind during the first few weeks of treatment it is good to take baths in either epsom salts or baking soda. Put in about a cup into each bath for 20-30minutes. This will help loosen the debris from under your skin and help it come out and it will also soften your skin ( making it easier for treatment). But using the sulfur over a course of a couple weeks will do the trick, I recommend you keep using the sulfur soaps well into post scabies as it helps make your skin nice again and get rid of lessions and it will help prevent reinfestations.

So this treatment with the Dermisil liquid, soap and topic cream. I make warm bath with 10 drops of the liquid. then apply the topic cream after. i do this for 4 days on, rest for 4 days, then repeat for 4 more days. This will for sure kill the scabies? and help treat Post scabies, so my skin is normal?
