Unfortunately the longer you had scabies the longer it takes to get rid of them. Be patient though as the creams are working, from my experience if you had it for 4 months it may take 4 months to treat and another 4 months in post scabies where your skin still itches from the dead mites and their debris under the skin, this is why it is important to keep on using the sulfur creams and soaps primarialy on spots that are thicker skin or spots you feel that scabies itch. I have found bathing with one cup of baking soda each night has helped bring my skin down to the original layer faster. Just keep on using the sulfur though as it has the ability to kill scabies, heal skin faster and prevent scabies from reinfesting you.

So in order to kill the scabies,, I gotta use these sulfur products for 4 months??? I thought i just use the liquid and cream for 9 days then they are dead? Or are you saying it will take like 4 months for the post scabies to go away after they are dead

No not 4 months! Most people will use the sulfur on their body overnight for about 4 evenings, and others will do this while spot treating during the day and using the sulfur soap in the shower each shower. It really depends on how bad your scabies case is, the longer you had scabies the more of a toxic layer of skin is built up protecting those scabies and their eggs.

Goodluck. Remember to be cleaning steadily during the day also and seal up items laying around into containers, you should also be doing laundry and drying clothing, bedding and towels for extra long time. A lot of the time people get reinfested because they do not pay particular attention to their environment. And if you are still itching in post scabies you can try bathing in a warm bath with either a full cup of epsom salts or half a cup of baking soda. I prefer the epsom salts becasue they contain sulfates that cut off oxygen within the water and help heal the skin faster, the baking soda is good too because it will make your skin really soft and open pores.
Just my experience
