Are you sure you are using it correctly? Do you have scabies, rat mites or bird mites? You should be putting the sulfur on your entire body for 4-5 days during the evening hours and overnight, and then during the day you should be showering with the sulfur bars of soap. Sulfur is 100% effective in killing scabies so you are probably not using it correctly.

I would use it during both the day and night for 5-6 days in a row in your case. It seems you have a more severe case of scabies. Is your skin feel thicker than normal with a layer of built up skin? Are you seeing scaly patches everywhere? I would suggest also mixing in daily baths twice a day for 30minutes in the morning and night to help bring your skin down to its original layer, this will also help the sulfur penetrate your skin better, but yeah with more severe cases of scabies it will take a bit longer as the mites are staying in these places with more protection for them and their eggs. I would suggest applying full body sulfur treatment each night before a bath and then bath in the morning and once again apply the full body treatment over the body for the daytime. You would want to do this over a 5-6 day period and you should start noticing the mites dying off, you will eventually kill their life cycle.

In your case I would suggest a full body treatment which is left on 24 hours a day for 4-6 days, don't shower or bath just keep re applying the full body each day. This is what others who had more severe cases of scabies did and they were succesful. Remember sulfur creams are 100% effective in killing the scabies mite and have been used for centuries, you are either doing something wrong or had it for quite some time.
