I noticed the same thing. I use baby oil on my skin and rub it in circuluar motions and I notice small grains of salt like things which I assume are eggs and particles of dead mites. The clear ones are likely scabies eggs and the reddish brownish ones are likely scabies fecal matter or the actual dead mites. It is a good sign though as your skin is surfacing this out, each day will get better and better.
