How long should I stay home from work after my scabies treatment. Should I be looking out for new signs and symptoms or is it a given that more lessions and itching will continue? From my understanding stuff like clariton and other meds help with the itching part but my concern is that I am not contagious and infect people around me.

If you were diagnosed or started treating rite away you could probably go back to work like a week after. If you have a more severe case and were misdiagnosed or did not start scabies treatment rite away it may take you longer to treat and even spend a longer time in the post scabies phase. It really depends case by case.

It really depends on how long you had scabies before you started treating it. My scabies was gone within a few weeks and I was back to normal.
