I found that using st ives apricot and oatmeal scrubs they really help exfoliate the skin in post scabies. Anyone else try these? They are about 5$ each at any drug store and work pretty well. I have also heard you can bath and exfoliate your skin with epsom salts in warm water.

Would love to hear more tips!

I also use these normally but they are great for exfoliating the skin and St Ives comes in many different types. You should really just buy the sulfur soaps though as they work better and work as an exfoliant at the same time as they have beads within the soap. It will help heal your skin in post scabies and also kill any mites on the skin. Here is where I got the creams and soaps to kill my scabies:

Hope this helps!

P.s= Remember to lightly moisturize your skin during the day but do not over do it so your clogging your pores as this will make your skin problem worse. And avoid moisturizing near any scabies lesions or outbreaks! You can also use the coupon code 10OFF for 10% off your order which I found in another thread on this forum!

Sulfur works great, it actually kills the scabies and heals your skin at the same time, people have been using sulfur for skin problems for centuries. When I had scabies I treated them for 4 days in a row and it totally eliminated them and I never got reinfested. I would also suggest you spot treat during the daytime on the areas with lesions or active areas. You can also use a steam cleaner to steam clean all your furniture and carpeting or anything made of fabric.
