I also use these normally but they are great for exfoliating the skin and St Ives comes in many different types. You should really just buy the sulfur soaps though as they work better and work as an exfoliant at the same time as they have beads within the soap. It will help heal your skin in post scabies and also kill any mites on the skin. Here is where I got the creams and soaps to kill my scabies:

P.s= Remember to lightly moisturize your skin during the day but do not over do it so your clogging your pores as this will make your skin problem worse.
