I tried it and it never did anything! I also tried some suggested enzymes which never worked and just ruined all my clothing and bedding. Try using sulfur creams and soaps it is the only effective treatment for scabies that I know of. I think i used it 4 days on at night and spot treated during the day and used the soap in the shower. Within a week I was cured and back to normal. Sulfur works better than alot of treatments because you can use more of it and spot treat so it helps beat any reinfestations which alot of people seem to be having problems with using kwelleda p or other permethrin type creams.
