Sulfur is a slow Scabies kill but is great for spot treating, if you really wanted you could buy percipitated sulfur and base such as vaseline or aquafor and make your own cream. This would be less expensive as sulfur is pretty expensive at the 10% compound. Sulfur is very messy too. I am sure you can order it online at lots of places. Sulfur you have to put on head to toe over about 4-5 evenings for a kill. It is very hard to cover your body with and can ruin clothing.
