It has been two months since my treatment and lately I've noticed that two or three water blisters appeared on my hands and one pimple near penis. My skin is still very dry, those blisters were very very small and this red spot near my penis disappeared after few days. But I'm freaking out - I don't know whether it's typical or not. I don't scratch myself, I don't feel any itching (except a normal one), and during the night I sleep well. Is it possible that after two months I got reinfected, or are those sympthoms rather normal ?

The water blisters are just post scabies as your skin is still irritated and very dry, you can expect these up to a month after scabies treatment. You want to watch for new lessions, brown marks and intense itching at night, these would show a active scabies is still present.

Hope this helps!

Thank You, what about post nodular scabies - it's 2 months after treatment and the red bump or wathever you call it appeared on my scrotum - it dissapeared after few days and wasnt itchy at all. But I'm really worried.

Just keep your eyes open for new groups of scabies lessions and that twitchy night itching, these are good signs of a active scabies condition. In post scabies your skin may still develop lessions from the dead scabies mites and their fecal matter beneath the skin which triggers allergies or lessions. They should diminish month after month, this will be a good sign of healing.
