The water that you use for washing has to be scalding hot. It depends on how well you wash your sheets. Use barax in your laundry . I bought more bedding and rotated my bedding. But I am not sure how infected you are,. Everyone is different here.

Just to be more careful with you skin and hair , Ensure your pillows are cleaned in hot, hot water and cover them with vinyl covers, and wash your pillow cases every day in hot water.
